  • i heard that japan's eggs are very fresh and clean so its safe to eat it this way =] i loved it when i went to tokyo to try it out! and i mixed it with some pork in the rice..yumm

  • @bebemello i don't know if that's true... thought the yolks seem like they're a deeper shade of yellow and thicker consistency

  • I add natto and garlic, remove half of the egg white, mix it with kimchi and I'm in stinky heaven.

  • @bellesalvia wow... do you try to kiss anyone afterwards? lol

  • THX4th@ ... however: raw egg is just a no-go for me! (0_o)

  • @Leecher4711 will you drink egg nog or eat mayonnaise you're eating raw eggs

  • @superscheu can't stand mayonnaise ... (true!) so Im not eating any raw egg at all! (0_0)

  • @Leecher4711 lol, I don't like it either! but i can still eat raw eggs.. @_@

  • @jaydenim007 sounds about the same in the long run

  • was eating and now I'm not.

  • @mcsiqusta yeah... you might not want to watch my food videos while eating yourself...

  • did it make your stomach upset when you first had it?

  • @kingdomabcdefg1 nope! i can't remember any food that gave me an upset stomach the first time i tried it!

  • This might be a dumb question, but since you removed the membrane does the tamagokake gohan have a slimy texture, or is it just yolk flavored?

  • @DeatHMeisteR92 still slimy, i removed the membrane sac around the yolk, the whites of the egg is the slimiest part of the egg probably.

Japan seems to love slimy foods though.

  • I heard akb48 on the tv Σ(・□・;)

  • @azianpanda2214 it's Japan... probably 1 in 5 commercials feature them...

  • Looked good! I enjoy it too!

  • did ya'll grow the eggs? Usually field eggs, (brown eggs) will have harder shells then the white ones from stores. Although you can buy brown eggs at stores too.

But I'm sure you knew these things already.

  • @bigtoepfer these were probably bought from a small market from a local supplier. in Japan brown eggs are often sold in supermarkets as well, I don't think there's a price difference here between the two, but I don't shop much...
