Boots Riley opened for Tom Morello (The Nightwatchman). I saw the show at House of Blues Anaheim (12/12/08). Boots is a genius. Met him back stage - down to earth humble guy - great conversationalist - smart - thoughtful - easily at the top of rap/urban poetry. But he did not steal the show from Tom Morello - not even close - Tom is totally bad ass. What an amazing show!!!
