@DeltaEagle7700 I can tell you you are a vfr only pilot, because you wouldn't need to know what it means if you are--since you wouldn't be flying when the ceiling is below 1000.
maby he meant 1 in 2 use the training videos, which would be very possible since they make the cessna training series, used by all cessna training centers
