Awesome, very impressive video. I'm gearing my Ill/Storm towards damage instead of recharge, but I hope that it can do something like this once I've finished IOing out.

Try to remember that Illus/Storm's damage potential is closely tied to how fast they can summon. So in a very real sense more recharge is greater damage. IOs may cap someone out at maybe +30 ish extra damage on all powers, but with enough recharge bonuses you can have a second tornado or even another lightning storm. thats an extra 100% of damage for that pet not just a 30%.

Special Effects, SFX. Not to be confused with Sound FX. The concept is that it is a super hero who's powers are all based around special effects and not magic or mutations. Kind of like how Mysterio from Spiderman gets his powers.

heya, i need some help. I saw your video a couple months back and it inspired me to make my very own ill/storm. today he hit 50. So just like the ill/storm's before me, i attempted to take on one of these things. I was surviving and doing dmg to it, but it would regenerate shortly after my phantom army disappeared.

Do you have your build posted anywhere online? id love to check it out... you rock, keep em coming

SFX is a summoning specialist so you'll need to have Phantom Army slotted 3rech/3dmg for starters, you'll also need Hasten. Now he wasn't level 50 here so someone who is will find this alot easier. There's nothing exceptional about his build although he does have IO sets focussing towards +rech bonuses.

Id still love to see a build if one was available, specifically what you've done with IO sets. Watching your Chimera video you have just about perma PA. Best I've heard of on the forums was 6 seconds and you seem to surpass this quite frequently. Happy hunting

Nice music btw, i notice you like the Matrix a lot in your videos. Flat out amazing on the pylon btw; if you can take a Pylon out, there is very very little you can't take out
