@Sandeep9201 lmao!! i honestly couldnt answer that... i'd say may all 3 but i've seen people from overseas blast corners with both legs on the bike... but most put one leg out.. i guess it allows you to get as low as possible depending on how fast you enter the corner.. if your a slow poke fool, Youd probably stick your leg out but it would have no point in doing so... I'm not a instructor so don't believe what you read :D

@hondamx731 Also, if you lose traction you might be able to keep the bike up. Also with losing traction, your knee won't be caught under the bike. You just end up sitting on the ground.

@Sandeep9201 good job on leavign quads btw! and for me i do it for balance and so i can get low for bar drags, mainly i do it for balance and to cat ch my self if i were to slide out instead of slideing out and getting crushed by my bike or just falling and eating total shit if you go around a corner put ur foot in front of you ti allows you to balacne and or catch yourself if you do slide out

@Sandeep9201 well ive been riding since i was 5.. im 16 now but when im riding a bike putting my foot down is pretty much force of habbit. when you go around a corner not only does it help your weight shift so you can turn more quick.. but it almost gives you a sense of security knowing that if you cut your corners too fast then you can just kick yourself back up.

Pretty much stability and control through the turn, and also your foot is right at the ground incase your about to fall.

@Sandeep9201 I am also not an instructor lol, but i do learn from them, and what i under stand, it does help you gide through. But the main reason is to get weight to the front of the bike so it wont send you over the berm, and so you can get as low as possible in the turn.
