I've seen a download package which will do all this & more free.I wonder if the "nice people" will then be able to dig deeper into my pc system because of it."Free" like "RegTools" usually leave crap behind for control.

If you want other colors, then you have to download them. There's a pretty nice orange and black one called the zune theme. If you are intrested in that one google "windows zune theme" and click on the first one.
