  • locally called the t-jetty

  • That's my old backyard. I lived in Atlantic City around 25 years ago in an apartment about 2 blocks away from the jetty, and it hasn't changed a bit. Thank you for the memories.

  • hi there

  • Good video spike. Does seem like the rare AC spot that still looks familiar from the 1960's. Friends and I paddled across the inlet on our surfboards in 1967 when our car broke down after surfing the inlet on the Brigantine side and had to get to work. Would like to see a 360 of boardwalk and St James w/ your commentary on what was there these days. (If you're looking for potential video sites:)

  • spike, thats RIGHT where i go to stay in atlantic city.... my aunt has timeshare and sometimes we go when its cold, but we stay at the flagship... its the best feeling in summer, walkin on the boardwalk right there and fishing on those piers, but this past summer i slipped down one of those jetties (sp?) luckily i didn't fall in but i got cut up pretty bad

  • hey spike did you hear that peanut world down by ballys closed?

  • Yes. The building that that it is in is going to be torn down. :)

  • You mean the place that used to have The Planter's Peanut Guy walking all around The Boardwalk??? I remember that from when I was a kid back in the 70's. Oh, I go there often but I'll never forget that!!! Me and my brother had our picture taken with him!!! lol ;)

Hugs, Healyh, Happiness, Much Love and May God Bless,

    ~Anna :)
