The title isn't exactly right. Kate was out of the show for the final season, so the intro & closing is obviously from that last year on CBS.

@63utuber That was a bad plastering job, since Kate can be seen as the show ends. Despite the change in the song, the copyright date shows that the actual episode here is from the first season.
