@MidnightRambler73 - oh ok, that changes alot, down here in the states Ford discontinued the fx4 version of the ranger in 09. That and fx4s here are clearly identified differently than other rangers because of the alteration to the exterior and interior.

I own a 2001 Ranger...outside of a few cosmetic changes, looks like the same vehicle in 2011! However, I will admit that I have 134,000 miles on it and it is still going strong!

That's not an fx4. fx4's were discontinued in the ranger class by 09-10, so to say a new 11 fx4 exists is irrelevant. also you can tell it doesn't have the stance, the official fx4 fenders, the lower body rough guard, and the official fx4 wheels.

main point, this is a sport model ranger, NOT AN FX4.

@CometBear1124 - As a Ranger enthusiast, I like to think that I know a thing or 2 about Ford Rangers. People buy FX4 stickers and put them on there trucks all the time. So refer back to my previous comment. I could put an svt raptor logo on my ranger and say I have an svt raptor ranger, but do I really, no. You also have to know what options came with the fx4 to know if it is a true fx4. fx4's were discontinued by around 08-09. look it up.

I just bought a 2010 FX-4 ranger last october, It comes with the option of (FX-4) which essentially all it includes is, running boards, centre console, power everything, 4:10 rear end, some skid plates, and unique "FX-4" wheels. I WISH I had picked up the 2008 FX-4 which came with unique interior, hurst shifter(if im correct) the 2 tone grey plastics, and the 31" BF goodrich all terrain TA KO's. They really dummed down the 2010-2011 FX-4s, Reason??? I have no idea!!!!!!

@simon3456789 - Ford is duming down the ranger before supposed shut down of it in order to decrease costs would be my guess, or another reason. But my guess is you didn't get your FX4 in North America. They discontinued those around 08-09ish while in Canada the continue to make them more there than the US.

@simon3456789 That's the level II Fx4 package with 31's Alcoa's and if you even wanted, LEATHER! Lol the shifter your talking about is NOT a hurst, Just the manual shifter for ONLY the Fx4 5 speed with manual transfer case! TWIN STICKS FTW!
