The only thing is that there should be a disconnect to meet code, I found it a bit amusing how the ballast you where cutting out were also electronic T8 ballasts.
Mr. Geller, You should add that a disconnecting means needs to be added if it is to meet NEC Code 410.130G. Its quick to install and will help during the next ballast changeout and keeps everyone safe! Good video.
