FYROM should administer in Greek if they were solid evidence (and continuity with the sources) for the aforementioned claim logically; however, proof exist (and have for 2000 years) that Macedonians did in fact speak their own language, and that it was old Slavic. @FYROMINJA I am sorry to say this but the Old Testament is written way before Greeks knew how to write (at least the first books) which is the ones that I have used in my video; additionally, the Biblical names correspond to Assyrian and Egyptian, and we know that their scripts are much older. Now, that's three major ancient sources (not greek so there is no bias) referring to Thrace as Hetim. But then we have other sources confirming that Macedonians were Thracians, including the language.

I don't know about the modern day historians, but I can confidently say that Herodotus is much more reliable than any modern-day historian, especially when it comes to ancient times since the man lived during that period. Thracian DNA is similar to the modern Greek peoples' but that is because modern-day Greeks have more Slavic DNA than ancient Greeks had, and especially in the Greek part of Macedonia.
