THIS is one reason, why i like youtube so much - you get the opportunity to watch all the stuff which you will never find on tv, if you don´t live in the right country! Es lebe YouTube!
What perplexes me is that Bryan Ferry is from the north east of england, but he doesen't have a string accent as such...hmmm, I suppose it was because of grammar schooling..?...
Funny I saw the count down host dacing away to the the band Presets in Melbourne and an old man dancing suspiciously as badly as Bryan Ferry I thought it was either him or one of his tragic fans who admired his dancing.

Bryan writes songs and occasionally does other people's songs? Isn't is the other way around (i.e. he does other people's songs and occasionally writes songs)?
This interview was in 1975 around the launch of siren any avid fan would know that Ferrys own personal output to date at that time was far greater than his cover versions .....................
I don't agree. His speaking and singing voices are similar--light baritone or tenor. Many of his songs--the ballads--are sung in a light, soft, tenorish voice. But if he leaned on the voice, it would probably be a light baritone. Just my opinion.
He is still handsome, I would'nt kick him out of bed mmm......

i like the way FERRY, kind of smirks when asked if ROXY MUSIC was ever "labeled too bizzare"..

BF has stated he is notoriously slow when it comes to writing new material. Quality, not quantity seems to be what counts most.

Check the songwriting credits on his and Roxy Music's albums and you'll see just how many he's written. Prolific!
