you need to highlight the video b4 you render it ;D

It Should be two yellow triangles at the top of the clips you need to drag it across all of the video that you want to render

i would do 1280 length and 720 width (even though 640 and 360 would equal it), cause thats the standard pixel length for HD and u can make the pictures you put onto it smaller O.o

At 1:21, it doesn't have be put at "Best"

That will only make the video look "Best" when it's rendering in the little window. It won't effect your video quality in the end.

Probably you have too much programs/windows on while you are making the video on sony vegas. Well, I don't lag on sony vegas tho. Or maybe you have some viruses on your computer that slows you down or something. I suggest buying Kaspersky Internet Security, to protect your computer from harmful viruses and stuff. If that is not the reason why it is being so laggy, I don't know how to fix it. Sorry):
