Honestly, Aion-Empire is so unfinished it's not worth bothering with. Class database doesn't save, you still can't fight mobs. You can't leave starting zones, etc.

I've tried them all, Infinite-Aion is the only one semi decent. You can fight mobs, they don't fight back, but you can level, kill mobs, get skills and go to other zones through teleport NPC.

Item database is still borked tho, but Infinite-Aion is the most complete of the private servers SO FAR. Might change anytime.

The point is that the game is more advanced than other Private Servers. Believe it or not, people have to sit down and do real work to get these servers up. Infinite is not using the Aion-Emu server software, and is actually coding their own work.

Nobody is forcing you to play on a Private Server at this time, none are at 100% but the fact Infinite actually has working Merchants, Teleports, Travel, Armor Usage and combat shows they are really pushing forward to 100%.

Uhm, I was trying to tell you that is not the point of the game, it's a fucking bug. It will be fixed. There is no point of a game where mobs don't fight back, thankfully nobody here is talking about that but you.

Because I was replying to someone saying that you can't do anything more than walk around on ANY server, which I pointed out was completely incorrect... this is what happens when you butt in on a conversation you weren't a part of. :/

they made a new setup, almost all things u described now work (almost all skills, most quests, fighting flying, teleporting, zoning, the mobs fight back properly etc.)

no private server allows you to do that, the emu is still a work in progress.

Don't have to lie. Infinite-Aion allows many things. Fighting is possible, leveling up as well. Teleportation works.

Enzura-Aion allows you to fly too, but you need to be ported to a zone by a GM. Don't have to lie to people just because your server is behind.

Does the bat modify any of the archives once you use it or can you use the same client (without using the bat) to play the closed beta? Or will have to reinstall again to play the beta?

Of what I've heard, all you have to do is to start the game normally, not with the .bat, to get back to the original game.

When the forums get back up, check there, I'm sure someone asked the question and got a more concrete answer.

yes and its getting better, still lots of bugs, mostly questbugs, especially annoying concerning the mainquests BUT still ahead of other Pservers. I rejoined the server lately and after a couple of hours my gladiator is lvl 11 now and i don't know how to get further (bcause of the mainquests). But i think i'll figure it out somehow.
