So when they people are singing, it's almost like Callie has a musical going on in her head...and that's what the big speech is about in the forefront of the episode. She speaks about how the brain is so complex that it can do whatever it wants. Even imagine your life as a musical when are you dying. This episode was brilliant!

Pretty much all of her singing in this episode was worth while... but when they have the other people singing, especially the red head doctor... it was like they were playing a joke. But Sara's singing was like actually purposeful in the episode. Especially at the beginning.

I have seen this so many times & I can't get over the whole thing! I love the songs Chasing Cars & How to save a life, it's very well played out in all this & the voices sound great! This is going to be a very intense, on the edge of your seat kinda episode, possibly the best one!! Callie & Arizona are my favorite couple on Grey's Anatomy they can't lose each other, but I could care less for the baby Callie needs to live!!!!
