This kind of corruption used to be a "conspiracy theory" but now it's a matter of fact and public record. It used to be excused as one "bad apple" when one cop was caught breaking the law, but now it's commonplace.

The logical conclusion is to remove the cause of corruption (power) from the police.

The police have far too much power and they achieve nothing with it. Police in other countries are unarmed and do not engage in violence and don't have the opportunity to be corrupted.

so when my court date came i asked for the evidence to be used in the court since he clearly had me on video doing whats called a "rolling stop". and this was what he just stated to the judge after bein sworn in. Long story straight the camera and microphone he was wearing not only proved him wrong but also got him suspended for a while after i made a comment that if i wouldnt have challenged this officer i would be $600 and 2point off my drivers card im just glad we have honest Officers

my first ever ticket was like this i challenged the cop in court and he was talking to him self in his car on what else he could charge me with on top of running a stop sign which never happend i took pictures of the stop sign and i also measured the stop sign to the edge of the road which was a 105 feet no BS i also pointed this out to him and he said he had me on vid never stopping which also was a lie

In my state it is Illegal to lie to the police, But legal for the police to lie in order to obtain evidence many police equate lying to normal procedure, think about the implications, there is no fairness for the civilian if contacted by police say nothing. Its your only chance. Although when I did invoke my right to remain silent I was jailed for obstruction. I was released after10 hours for lack of evidence. Remember the most dangerous people in america are the police. A license to kill.

@machetey Well, he had already gotten in trouble several times because his police cruiser had been in accidents. I guess he didn't want to get into anymore trouble then he already was. The driver used this video to prove her innocence.

@n4ems She was drunk but she wasn't even in her car when it happened. Even the police officer who pulled her over told her she wasn't. But in his report, it said that she was. She got out of her car to chase a cat that she planned on taking home. So, how can a drunk person cause a car accident if they weren't even in the car?
