@portaparty175 Thanks Sam! Yep, the power was perfect in that car...comfortable for cruising but when you wanted to, you could scare yourself silly with stomp on the go pedal!
Don't get me wrong, its a nicely done car. And the engine is well built for sure. And those cars are such awesome cruisers when done right like this one (good brakes, etc). But there is no reason it could not have been done with a Ford engine. Or if not a Ford, go with something unique. Heck I saw one with a Nailhead in it once!
But great review as always and enjoyable to watch :)
@Stuka87 I have to tell you...that is one of the most eloquent and well put complaints I've ever seen. Thanks so much for watching and really bringing something to the table with your opinion!
I go back and forth with Ed, the owner of the car about that, but it's what he wanted and that's the beauty of our hobby...something for everyone and cool is still cool.
I want that car.

A Chevy circle track motor in a Ford hot rod? (Bill O'Reilly face) YOU CAN'T EXPLAIN THAT.
Still...DAMMIT I WANT ONE SO BAD. The looks, the heritage, the performance, the Ford/Chevy purists I will piss off with it :D

Looks pretty powerful but... sh*t... no seatbelts? :O

That is how a hot rod is supposed to be driven! Not collecting dust in the garage or stuffed under a cover!

NICE!! The last clip where you pull out on the road the car stays loose into second really shows off the power. That + the hood shot = AWESOME

Awesome review! Do you know how much horsepower this has?
thejesse37 5 months ago 3
@thejesse37 Thanks and no we never dyno'd the car but since the thing is so light it doesn't take much to make it go warp speed.
