  • inspiring man.

  • very helpful thanx

  • is your kitchen always that clean? or you simply eat out very often. ahah

  • great resource!

  • ha..boy that weight sure does get in the way of trying to stretch! Goodness?

  • Hi Drew,

I am so proud of you how you risked your life just to prove a point!

I saw Dr. Oz's show today and you are one hell of a trooper, espeically you gained 70lbs in 6 months?! I'm surprised you haven't suffered from pains yet.

I was watching a local news channel here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and found they were doing the 30 days McDonalds channel and the interns starting feeling pain after the 5th day.

I know you're going to lose the weight, so keep it up!! I'll keep checking in!!!

  • I cant believe you got so fat in 6 months--it has taken me 20 years to put on the weight. Do you think it will be hard to lose since I have had it on me longer? Did you get stretch marks? and what do you put on them?

  • great stretches!! will try to do these everyday for sure.

  • This is probably more along the lines of you being able to identify with your clients. You look like a typical overweight guy trying to exercise.

    Providence be with you brother.

  • Question: "How many seconds do I have to hold a stretch?"

Answer: A basic static stretch – holding the pose for an extended period – should last about 30 seconds. Anything less than 20 seconds won’t make a significant difference in lengthening muscle fibers and tissue; hold too long and you risk injury.

Found this on a website thought I would share

  • It's amazing how Drew's face hasn't gotten that fat. All the fat has gone to his belly and ass.

  • You're still proof that people can look great fat....just sayin' :)

  • I have a question, in my financial situation, I really can't afford to do a lot of healthy food, and because I am a college student living at home, i dont have very much say in what is made, but, i wanted to know, if just cutting back on the fatty foods and substituting them with healthier foods instead of eating exactly what you do? Thanks for being an example!Your AWESOME!

  • @josh185 fortunately his shopping list isn't so far off from what people normally buy. I can't afford all those different shakes myself. I just found a low cost protein shake I use instead. He also said you can substitute veggies and fruits for your preference. You might not get a say with groceries and the menu but if you talk with your parents you might get a little bit of help in that area.

  • Hey bud, I recommend you spend a little more time showing each stretch, and put all of your stretches in one video to make it about 3 to 4 minutes. When your videos are 3 to 4 minutes you get the most out of peoples' attention span. Also, it's difficult to see each stretch and to take it all in when they are only on the screen for 2 seconds.

  • You look much better fat. Keep gaining. Don't try and lose.

  • Stretching, sexy and hot when your in shape, tan and cut. Funny and silly looking when your fat, especially when you're huffin and puffin. Amazing that reality check I bet you're already seeing now how rough it is trying to get back into shape once your fat, just 20 lbs you can feel a difference 70 lbs weew crazy.

  • you need to show us what r u eating every day, with details,,thats gonna be helpful for alot of people. Thanx

  • The time has finally come,I shall begin with you :)

  • This is my kinda porn.

  • Hey Drew, just a couple of questions about your stretches. Would you do all of those on a daily basis, or just a couple of each and mix it up? How long do you hold each stretch for? And finally, do you just do the one stretch for a set time, or do you do several repetitions of them? I know you won't need luck to get back to where you've come from, so I'll best of discipline and determination (I think you probably have that in Spades! *LOL*)

  • It really looks like hes only wearing a fat suit.

  • @douvil why would you say that? Is that a justification to try to minimize what this amazing man is trying to do?

  • @scrufduf I dont think its a fat suit, but I think what douvi meant was that the ease he did the stretches, not what most fat guys could do. shows he kept most of his muscle under a small fat layer, as opposed to being all fat. Drew will be fit in no time.

  • @scrufduf calm down. Hes cool. An amazing...

  • Thanks. Can't wait to get fit with you!!

  • im so going to exercise with you man! I gained 20 pounds since this spring :( i blame college. I lost 65 pounds by myself last year. I know i can do it again :)

  • oh wow, i always forget all these stretches when the time comes...lol

  • Forgot the 7th inning stretch!

  • Exercise sucks when you're fat.

  • @hootypatootie Sooo true, so true ...
