@2014PantherPride It works out different muscles in the forearms and it's main focus is to increase grip strength. I know bigger bars or grip attachments are very popular for dumbbells and barbels and can really give you a boost in your max curl after working out with them for several weeks.
@Eagles5014 We didn't really talk about his max, but I've read before where his bench max was 445 lbs a while back. Not sure on his squat, but I know that is for sure one of his strongest points, right up there with the leg press.
