  • @ProLikeJesus3 He has been listed at 240 pounds for the past few years, but when we were hanging out he looked slimmer than just seeing him on TV. It wasn't just without the pads, he looks a bit slimmer this year than last. My best guess would be about 230 pounds now.

  • @2014PantherPride It works out different muscles in the forearms and it's main focus is to increase grip strength. I know bigger bars or grip attachments are very popular for dumbbells and barbels and can really give you a boost in your max curl after working out with them for several weeks.

  • @Eagles5014 We didn't really talk about his max, but I've read before where his bench max was 445 lbs a while back. Not sure on his squat, but I know that is for sure one of his strongest points, right up there with the leg press.

  • @2014PantherPride yeah like he said it's for improving grip strength. The thicker the bar the more difficult it is to grab.
