  • Screw the boxers ride nekkid be freeee :)

  • doesn't take long on YouTube to find far worse off first timers on the rollers of death

  • bless him he's all dressed up...it's inside mate, get in your boxers

  • @Roksonixx he has his shorts for comfortable sitting and his shirt for sweat transportation to the outside...

  • How 'bout: Brake, Pedal-Climb, Release brakes, start pedaling? :P

  • "you sure youre going the right way?"

  • I found using the back brake when im getting on made it really easy when i first started out.

  • Quite good. I did not have the sense (or helpful advice) to start in a doorway, so I just took some nasty falls my first few times. It also helps to put a block or an aerobics step next to the rollers so you've got an easier step down. The rollers elevate the bike 3 inches or so, most of us don't have that much clearance to the main tube...

  • lol excellent for a first time

am i hearing the sound of a tecno casette?

  • you made it look really hard

  • GREAT JOB!! You got the hang of it very quickly. Does the emotion roller feel natural once you get going? Thinking of purchasing a roller.

  • Gotta love weekend warriors.

  • @goldenate Bike snob much?

  • @pcfxer Heh, just an internet snob.

  • @goldenate I will allow your web-snobbery if you have Campagnolo.....wait, doesn't that make me a snob now?

  • @pcfxer Campy ? Dura Ace.

  • @ReneeNme I have SRAM Force/Rival on an old steelie. I'm upgrading my Dad's Gitane TDF with mostly Campy right now (still has simplex rear derailleur but it still shifts amazing so it'll probably stay). And I'm getting a Ti bike with old Veloce (Full-cog up-shift). The Ti bike weighs 18.5lbs so it isn't snob worthy but it will be a fantastic bike. That is the issue with snob'ism as I've learned over the years. I stopped being one when I was beaten down by a pro.

  • @pcfxer Funny you should mention Gitane. I have a 80's Gitane Professional that I am rebuilding from the ground up. It should be a sweet ride once the cycle is completed. " Steel is Real ". lol

  • ha ha this is kinda funny but it also looks really hard props

  • Hey that's not bad at all for someone just learning on rollers! Hive Five !!!!

  • #LOL !

  • Don't drink and drive:D

  • this is ike the david hasselhoff drunk video

  • haha i want to see how he dismounts. he did wonderful because he looked forward the whole time, not staring down at the bike.

  • @juicedorchard Laugh out Loud!

  • I think you did great. I'm started off really bad. Took a break, read the instructions, watched your video, and am going back on my rollers with them in the doorway. Awesome video!

  • And this, kids, is why we don't wear clipless shoes on the rollers. =P

  • pedal faster

  • Man, that was VERY entertaining! Loved the vid, i 'was' thinking of getting either rollers or a turbo trainer, although after watching this video i'm getting the turbo trainer definetely! It looked dangerous, looked to me like you were trying to cycle on ice! I wanted to see how you got off! :)

  • Thanks. That brought back a lot of great memories...

I don't know whether I'm more impressed that you shelled out the cash for free-motion rollers or that you had your wife make the video. Double word score, dude!

  • 1:24 -> "Daddy, be careful!"

  • "first time on rollers...take one" LOL

  • Once you got going, you looked great. I say without a huge fan blowing in your face, lose the bike jersey - cotton t-shirts will get wet with perspiration and help cool you down while you ride.

  • come on dave he wanted to show his wife he was cool with the jersey on.he was going lightspeed..lmao

  • 1:24 -> "Daddy, be careful!"

  • c balèz pour grimpé ????

  • Terrific video! Thanks.

  • i want to see you get off the thing, when you get good you can ride no hands and take your shirt off over your head, then you you know you have tamed that puppy.good luck and keep trying

  • Terrific video! Thanks.
