i run as admin the password thing cape up, i enter my pass then nothing happens so i retry and i have the same problem as "firefighterdrew" any help ?

followed the instructions, when it got to the point where i install the new os using the app loader my phone doesnt show up, when i open bbsak it shows that it recognizes my phone but the app loader or desktop manager wont? any ideas?
