大師傅一定留一手.通常他們會用豆豉. 但好的豆豉醬不易弄.記得小時候.早母弄的豆豉醬很好味,但她不給我嚐,遺憾很多很多年,正所謂死不眼閉, 上天愛我, 終有一高手親自弄了一樽好豆豉醬給我吃完^_^.
