I remember when I was around 10 years old, my sister & I read in a craft book about how to do a face-cast in plaster of Paris. First we slathered Vaseline all over my face, then spooned & smoothed the plaster on. As it dried, it got warmer and warmer & my face got stiff, I got scared & started to shout & my sister ran and hid in the closet. My mother came upstairs & beat the stuffings out of us both. I spent hours picking plaster out of my eyebrows. Lesson here is: DON'T try this at home! : )
