The around-the-clock idea was exquisite-- If only your focus could have been likewise. I had forgotten what it was like, walking through those streets. Todah.
well done friend, fantastic video. telle me, does jesusalem have any nice hotels, places to stay? what is the social scene like there, places to eat?? How is alcohol comsumption viewed there, are there any pubs and the like? How long is enough to stay there? I want to visit next year, get to ALL the Holy sites but also kick back and enjoy the place in the eve
Thanks for recording this! I loved it! I felt like I was there. I've always wanted to visit Jerusalem! I feel like I've gotten a little taste in your video. What an incredible place. And I also loved seeing the people in action within their own environment. It was really interesting seeing how they dress & how they live in their everyday life. :)
Es el mejor Video que he visto en toda la web. gracias por mastrarlo de esta manera tan unica y profesional. Felicidades al productor. att. Jorge de Ciudad de Mexico.
The.city of my birth I teared up when I saw this video bravo I recognize everything , so many memories in the Muslim and Christian quarters , may Allah bless that city and bring peace between my beloved Palestinians and our Jewish cousin , the best mushroom pizza was in the Jewish quarter , the owner would always say good morning to me in Arabic . Great Jewish guy best pizza , and the best falafel was in the Muslim quarter , Damascus Gate , greeting from Minnesota to Palestine , and shalom to m
I would have loved a walking commentary, stating what exactly we are looking at. Obviously, it's Jerusalem, but was that the lion's gate you went through in the beginning of the video? Was that the Via Dolorosa where the car went by? Were those shops in the Armenian Quarter? My last trip to Israel was in 1989 and memories fade, so the commentary would have helped tremendously. Otherwise, a very nice video. Thank you.
This is obviously a egawauemon knock-off. Are you associated with him? Your quality doesn't quit compare. I wonder if it is a tweaking in compression or the camera you are using? None the less i really enjoyed the video. I am really surprised at how many arabs there seems to be walking around in Jerusalem, pretty cool.
egawauemon's fantastic videos are indeed my inspiration to make similar videos of places I visit. I do not know him personally though. The difference in quality could be a variety of things including his use of the Canon 5D mark II DSLR and a different editing program than me (he never mentioned which software and settings he uses for his videos). Plus, he obviously has more experience than I do since he has a very steady hand. These were my first attempts.
@GlobeTrotterAlpha Your First Attempts? I think it's brilliant camerawork!! I haven't checked out your inspiration's vids yet and will. Until then however, I'm amazed at the smooth flow and lack of jitters. Technology is great though too--I suppose if this was done in the previous decade you would've needed a dolly to get such a flow. And yet even that would have been traumatic, since the ground is all cobblestones! Good Work. Favorited!
@0randomstuff0 Why are you surprised? Arabs are anout one third of all the population of Jerusalem and in East Jerusalem they are a majority. So isn't it quite obvious that you will run into quite a few them while walking around lol

One of the first things that strikes me is just how immaculately clean the streets are. The paving almost looks polished. Great video. good insight.
