check this @NBA, Im trying hard to up my jumping ability by following the workout program over at "50-inch-vertical[dot]com" - and so far got like like 8-9 ins so far but unfortunately I am even now a bit away from being able to jump high enuff to dunk the ball. It's however only my first day of my 2nd week so far, can you give me more advices?
