@VRRA4 As much as i agree with you about not making a mojito with dark rum (I'm sure that's what you meant) - many make them with dark rum. The Martini glass is controversial at best ..... but we can say that people are allowed to create their own version of a mojito....it wasn't bad at all.
CANNOT make a Martini with Dark Rum (it would not be a Martini then! ... actually the Sparkling Wine kills the essence of the Mojito.
