  • If you look at 6:53 you can see for yourself that the obese people outnumber the healthy slim or athletic people?!? This is evidence in itself to the Americans that they are fat from eating this crap and have to change their ways to allow their children a better chance at a good healthy life ;)

  • @gisty84 evidence? come to san diego and you wont find that general statistic you figured out by watching a tv show about fat people. everyone i know is generally fit and rides bikes everywhere. theres fat people everywhere for many different reasons.

  • @caholt83 What I made was a general observation, not a statistical analysis of the town, and I understand you would like to defend your people. Yes there are fat people everywhere of course but with the United States, (a developed country, full of convinence, high calorie, sweet and or salty food and very available) it is easier for the people to fall into the trap of becoming fat if they dont take care of themselves and train themselves to eat in a manner that will not kill them from fatness!

  • @gisty84 thats the problem with general observations on youtube. theyre fucking general and stupid. so by your general observation, if we took an underdeveloped country like africa, and put shitload of burger kings there, they wouldnt get fat?

  • @caholt83 I never indicated that was what I meant... I cant say that one burger king in a town somewhere in Africa (which is a continent btw, not a country) is going to make people fat. But what is evident in developing countries and what Jamie Oliver is fighting against here is convenience food that is cheap and full of crap that can only lead to obesity and health problems if it is consumed on a daily basis. There are some interesting scientific papers on the subject, I can send you a link?

  • @caholt83 San Diego is not a representative sample. I live in San Francisco and I see a lot of fit people too. That's because both SF and San Diego are two of the least obese places in the USA. But then I've been to Dallas, Baltimore, San Antonio and I know exactly what this show is talking about.

  • @adi87tya yeah man, thats my point. we're not all fat. ive been all over the world, fat shits and burger king everywhere.

  • 3:14 lol, the green and yellow flags make it look like it's the sims diamond plumob

  • USDA is a bunch of criminals, that kill the nation. I love the US, it's a beautiful country with amazing and kind people, but the government is horrible...

  • Does anyone notice the two kids in the background waving at the camera at 4:02

  • i wasnt convinced untill i saw the cookie monster

  • How much did Green Giant pay for the plug. Twice now the old few hours, locked in speech in one series alone

  • How sad is that, that a generation of kids will die before their parents. I don't think people around the world really understand the magnitude of that fact.

  • cookie monstaaaaa

  • @fechudura he's the fruit monster now

  • Look at that girl at 1:07 holy shit she is hot!

  • @PorroFirst rofl i thot u mean milly

  • This effort by Jamie is awesome. Don't hate the kitchen cooks-they are just doing what they were told to do. He fought to give them another option.

  • rhonda´s bitch!!

  • fucking milf @1:08

  • @lochlanfb

yep, probably, you're still a pig, troll somewhere else

  • Jamie Oliver you ROCK!!!

  • AS LONG AS MONEY EXIST ... OUR HAPPINESS IS NOT A TOP PRIORITY

  • "Give it to the homeless!"

  • @ImpeccableVids Haha yeah - their health doesn't matter?!

  • Thank you, Jamie! Awesome!

  • I f***ing love the Cookie Monster! x)

  • @xxFreyatinuxx

This comment has had NO way near enough thumbs up. Mr C. M. is awesome

  • wtf? 3 dislike

  • This is not a TV show or a reality show. This is a documentary and documentary is educational so that whoever watches this will learn.

  • Jamie must have gained the sense, over the months, of how stupid most Americans are. I am not sure he is wrong based on what he did see. Class of 6 year olds, not one knows what a tomato is??? Its stupid parents raising their kids to be just as stupid. Downward spiral.

  • @Sperminator10000 Some Americans are stupid not most, If we were, we would not be the most powerful country on the face of the earth. I also love how people make huge generalizations of an entire country ( in this case 360 million people)

  • @JonJon4195

I agree, but let me say that an average American is less educated than an average European.....

It's not your fault,it's huge corporations' fault, big companies control media and get Us government throughout history to make wars and wars

  • @NumquamB In Europe the corporations are just as corrupt, they just dont rip off as many people

  • @JonJon4195 I really don't want to bring up politics on a video like this but...You people are delusional. You actually still believe the US is the most powerful country? Hillarious!

  • @Sunchild333 I can't believe anyone actually believes that. Well, except for the Americans themselves, but that's no wonder when you've grown up being brainwashed that much, actually saying you're proud to be from somewhere you just happened to be born in incidentally - like it's something you accomplished.

  • @StrawberryBlues I believe that all what america is suppose to stand for is ironic. Liberty and democracy for starters. My parents lived in communist Yugoslavia and they had more of that than the US. Also the forced patriotism on little children reminds me of only one other country out there. Northern Korea. Except that their way of thinking is limited by the regime, while the americans are suppose to have freedom and bullshit like that.

  • Jamie you're the best!!!!... Love

  • I've got huge respect for you, Jamie! Best of luck, mate!:* Huggs and total support from Poland!:)

  • Common sense FAIL.

  • haha. i like that ladies idea to donate the junk food to the homeless. huntingdons homeless are all going to be obese. brilliant!

  • Apple monster FTW! :D

  • jamie turn 2 cookie monster

  • i wonder who wouldn't possible like this?

  • @TeoTedTedious the usfood of course

  • great show I'm glad to see what Jamie is doing trying to turn a corrupt system around.

  • the URL says cum :P

  • Woah, eva longoria was really pretty >< :D

  • jamie oliver and justin bieber are the most 2 inspiring people to me in the world.... jamie... you are amazing!!!!!! thankyou!!!!!! he proves that .... yes .... one person can make a difference!!!!!! =D

  • @TheresaNChristyy are u kidding me...bieber?you are saying that bieber is inspiring as jamie?AHAHAHAHA LAF WITH ME

  • @TheresaNChristyy hahhahahahhahahhahahhahaahhahahhahahahahhahahah

  • @TheresaNChristyy bieber hasn't done anything inspiring.

  • @TheresaNChristyy LOL if Justin Bieber inspires you then you're really easy to inspire.

  • 03:27

That guy wants to keep "junk on friday" Ö

  • season 2 I'm coming!

  • That's the Heart of Passion with the Fire to Change! after watching all the episode .. i burst into tears in a few episodes. it's all about Faith and Passion and Change! Impossible is Nothing!

  • haha. i just burned my day watching the whole thing too! good stuff

  • My god i just watched the whole season In one go. It was around 00:56 european time when i started. Its 6 in the morning now. Truly inspiring

  • Jamie is really for me to cook, because it descended from a pedestal and walked among the people tilting at windmills like Don quiote, am with him and I wish us all that we have won our war of convenience and we had to eat only the best for us and our children to it with maternal love killing.

  • Here in the TV programs are running properly grill type who cooks best in restaurants, or show a frightening state of a kitchen where we prepare meals, but this would be not only in America but around the world, showing people that good and healthy food does not start in the restaurant at But a chef at home in refrigerators, in our thinking and thinking and especially to end comfort with fast-type semi-open, warm, and eat quickly.

  • very, very interesting show, here in the Czech Republic where I live, nothing like the TV and not just by chance I came on this show here on you tube. I have to say about the problem of food is everywhere, but look at what children do not recognize or tomato right from the potato is very scary.

  • Justin has lost a shitload of weight, good for him

  • the parents who care what their kids eat could let the kids brown bag it on Fridays, if the schools insist on having crap food

  • Unfortunately i get the feeling it's just the ambitious parents (whose kids already eat healthy) that turn up at the events to make their voices heard. All the fat and lazy parents don't give a shit and keep their big asses at home while stuffing their kids full of m&m's and cheeseburgers, it's so damn sad.

But as Margeret Mead one's wrote "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." Thank u Jamie for caring.

  • U$DA....

  • Will you all shut the fuck up with your 'ZOMG I WISH MY SCHOOL HAD HEALTHY FOODZ :(((((('. You can buy yourself a full size salad and fresh, healthy pasta in any shop for less than $5. Stop making excuses. You don't need your school to start giving a shit before you do.

  • now you need such a people as Jamie to reform healthcare and education sectors.

  • Schools in the United States of America have 2 main problems.

Food: Most public schools have, as most people watching this have probably taken to calling it, "processed crap" for lunch every day of the week, and everybody's eating it.

Education: Lets face it, half the kids in schools are high fiving each other for failing a test. Blowing off tests like puff of a dandelion. And in general not giving a damn about education, college, or their future.

  • @Axiss360 you forgot about healthcare

  • Great series

  • The government dosn't give a shit, the education sucks, the food fucking sucks, fuck.

  • @Frouza yet all it took was 1 person to change everything in county.

  • @Frouza you should come to Dominican Republic and ask for public school before talk a shit...

  • he needs to come to my high school. it is just ridiculous! it is so bad that all the kids in my family are taking a lunch box to school now.

  • @howslife94 If all the families start packing healthy lunch boxes maybe they'll eventually realize something.

  • USDA = United States Dumb Asses

  • Comment removed

  • I cried a lot times for watching the whole series, it is so touching.

  • its friday, friday gotta eat junk on friday!

  • This dude is kitchen! Let's make that a new slang term, "He's kitchen, and dude is kitchen."

  • I enhoyed watching these episodes. Thanks Jamie and to everyone making a positive difference in the world.

  • Even at 38 years old, I still get super happy when I see Cookie Monster!!!!

  • Alice makes the bravest decision of all: the 180 degree turnaround and transforms into food superhero! Someone give her a cape! BRAVO!

  • I was so shocked the children didn't know what tomatoes or potatoes were. But it's good to see that Jamie knew to inspire a lot of people! Let's hope Huntington will become a healthy city!

  • @aggieofcourse Can you please use better grammar, seriously?

  • Rhonda is an attractive middle aged woman, she deserves to remove those dark face and neck marks why are there not doctors stepping up and volunteering?

  • The USDA is corrupt and lets Monsanto act like it has a patent on all of nature you can't get any more evil than that since that is the source of your health and your childrens health.

You better start buying/growing tower gardens and hope/pray the filthy/corrupt lawyers of monsanto don't walk into your backyard and take your gardens away and the US government is so stupid it will let them. Monsanto=evil=kill your garden and sue you because US corrupt gov lets them = totally stupid

  • @aironeous yea i saw Food, inc too

    scary stuff

  • @InnocenceExperience

Ha, I just did a marathon too. It's addicting.

  • I love how that one said 'Give it to the homeless!' She's basically saying it's okay for homeless people to die instead of her precious snotty little blood clot.

  • @mermaidofsuburbia You're psychotic, Homeless people need food and it doesn't have to be the best or healthiest. Have you ever heard the phrase, "beggars can't be choosers"? Use some common sense and just appreciate the fact that a fellow human thought about the homeless and starving instead of saying "throw it away!", which is what most were probably thinking. I am always helping the homeless and truly feel for them, but bad food is better than no food. Way to be judgmental!

  • @Joshsterrarium You should never through around that term psychotic. As a person that was stuck in a cult for most of his life and had all female bosses i can tell you without a doubt judging someone after you have put them through very painful women dominant environment is very unfair. Don't use that term you are not the judge.

  • @aironeous ...none of my business, but what the hell do female bosses have to do with anything? Is there something wrong with an estrogen-heavy environment? I mean, I'm sorry, but misogyny is dripping off that statement.

And if you're gonna get your knickers in a twist over the term, psychosis is actually a physiological issue that requires medication and therapy, but I'm pretty sure he was just expressing his point.

  • @1234monkey456

Every women I know has a higher mental capacity than you. And you know its true. But go ahead, tell me all about how that statement makes you feel......

  • @hack451 I was running on a treadmill.

  • Poor Rhonda . She just needs to head out on a friday night , let loose. Come back monday and kick some ass .

We need to wake up people ... these guys base your health on cost efficiency.

  • I completely support Jamie's food revolution.

  • Justin lost so much weight!

  • Nasa science lesson XD

  • Tyson foods wants jamie dead for his nugget war. I heard some screaming from all those corporate bastards. By local

  • This is so sad. We're so fucked up that we need a man from another country to come in and fix us. Then we fuck up again and we need him to come BACK to fix us again. America! Come the fuck on! Do shit for yourselves. God damn!

  • @sinfulxthin Corporatism has destroyed America. Think about what made America great -- individual enterprise, and individual power. Corporatism completely tramples on the power of the individual.

  • @sinfulxthin Because everyone in our own country that can do something is so brainwashed or so deep in the corrupt system that it's hopeless. Lots of people profit off an unhealthy nation, such as Big Pharma and Monsanto who pump us full of GMO's.

  • @sinfulxthin That's a good thing. You don't live in the world where it's "Us" and "Them". It's about time to realize that there are good people everywhere, and the state that they are from doesn't matter. Good ideas, and good people will come from anywhere.

  • @sinfulxthin but then countries depend on you in times of war nd what not. so at the end of it theyre gettin bak what theyre putting in

  • It's really not a good idea to give processed food to the homeless. why should they get crap and rich people eating the food Jamie wants. it defeats the point.

  • @Busher50 So true.

  • Friday homeless brunch: All you can eat processed food

  • he is soooo cool

  • Give it to the homeless!!!

  • @InnocenceExperience All six episodes in one night!

  • i watched all 6 episodes today when i came home from school. and i have to say that jamie is fantastic! hes one of my favorite cooks. but enough of utube now. im getting sleep. cant feel my ass after all those hours of watching :]

  • @IIIIN3ROOIIII same here, haha must have been 4 5 hours

  • 50.000 is the population of the town, viewcount: 63.000

  • we need more then 64000++ people to watch this we need millions to billion to watch and knows what the hell is going on and going wrong

  • Cant the parents just cook for the brown bag thingy?

  • This show is such a good illustration of the failures of bureaucracy. Well-intentioned people "just doing their job." That attitude leads to nothing changing!.

  • @InnocenceExperience i know I did the same, great, amazing to see that he did manage to change some of the parents. even if not all change some healthy children are better then nothing

  • @InnocenceExperience

watched from 8 o'clock to now- half past 2 =D

  • @lukasschmidt1 you are the third person to tell me. Welcome to the watched all six episodes in one day club. There are currently 4 members. If I can come up with a more concise name, I'll let you know.

  • @InnocenceExperience

i just slept 3 hours.. i had to go to school..

actually i watch them again with my whole familiy tomorrow

  • @lukasschmidt1 you watched them all again? that's impressive.

  • @lukasschmidt1 maybe if you do a post like 'all six episodes twice in two days' or something like that it will get lots of thumbs ups :-P

  • @InnocenceExperience Make that five... it's 4:30am and I'm still watching.

  • @MissIyer good to have you aboard.

  • This guy is at West Adams!!! our school :D

  • @supercoolguy125 nobody cares :)

  • @kingnami AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH NAMI!! Ive been commenting every video, saying stuff :D and i care you freak dude idk if there ganna record, lausd doesent let them record in the cafeterias.

  • @supercoolguy125 fuck lausd lol jk idk who cares what lausd says

  • @kingnami UMM OBVIOUSLY THEY CARE! they care if there not ganna film because of what they say :(

  • @InnocenceExperience same !!!!

  • @Emily100XX lol you're the second person to tell me that. Welcome to the six episode in a day club.

  • Heidi Klum !!!!!

  • ...donate it to the homeless! lol wtf

  • When I saw this one with the parents, I thought about how a community of caring parents can come together. People want better, but they need support to do it.

Junk food has MSG which I understand turns off the receptor that tells us we are full and actually those foods are addictive. So kids get fatter and fatter. We need our kids to enter adult hood without being overweight because those fat cells from when they are young just keep filling up easily in adulthood.

  • Heidi Klum is such a fake person, shes doin commercials for mcdonalds and now shes supportin jamie?! WTF

  • Such an inspiring person! It's time to make a change!

  • all 6 episode in 1 day..Jamie u are such an inspiration..I love this food revolution!!!

  • @InnocenceExperience in one night, just before my exam :p it was too faschinating

  • @banana9630 yeah!

  • Wow ... if Sesame's Street cookie monsters can eat apples, you can do it ! :-)

Great show, inspiring, great little town. I even managed to like Doug and Alice at the end !!!

  • K can u come to LA now....the lunch costs $3.25 and the food is total crap....I'm tiers of eating that shit. PalisadesCharterHighSchool

  • @alexanderp1337 Unfortunately mate apparently the LA board of education turned down an offer from Jamie Oliver to go to somewhere in California and do something like this. Happened just a few days back.

  • @LupineStalker WOW how stupid is LA lol

  • @LupineStalker

Goodness... you know it is likely fear of having some corporate business who is in bed with management who is worried about losing profits like the USD

  • Awesome I just watched the whole series. Jamie Oliver raised $130,000 for the "food revolution" and in the process probably got paid a $million for his host role. Not to mention how much it cost to produce the show. Funny old world. I'm off to listen to the new Rascal Flaps album and eat a 36 piece bucket of fried chicken.

  • after watching all these episodes in one day... i think jamie has said the word "brother" about 1000000000 times LOL

  • I hate when overweight people say it is due to a thyroid problem. Ummm, sorry, but thyroid problems don't turn veggies into fat.

  • all of that reminded me of fable 3

  • most americans that i know barely know that there are other countries outside the US. that really pisses me off that they are that ignorant.

  • the only real solution is % 100 brown bags, of fresh food.

  • negotiate with the usda... corporate owns the usda, lol.

  • yay cookie monster :)

  • If the cookie monster says I should do so, I WILL listen to Jamie.

  • Either Rhonda is incredibly "challenged" or she is getting a kickback from the food suppliers. My money is on "challenged".

  • @Futureabe he has helped in so many ways. The big problem I see though is that the "healthy" food isn't so healthy anymore. chemicals being sprayed on crops (very dangerous & plants are sucking it up like crazy even organic has pesticides not as much but it does) msg killing our braincells. meat being washed in ammonia & dyed so it doesn't look "dead." animals being pumped with steroids antibiotics hormones added preservatives. Fluoride in our water (which is poison & has been banned in other c
