  • Hi,

I am on a mostly raw vegan diet but I was still suffering from allergies ...by chance, I started taking Colloidal Silver and noticed that my allergies totally vanished! So, each time I start sneezing, I either spray colloidal silver direclty into my nose or take a table spoon of it...the effect is immediate :)

  • I've been dairy free all my life, but I still had allergies.

I've heard that being meat and gluten free have helped a lot of people.

    What helped me was

allergy shots and a clean sleeping environment. When I live in a fungus/mold-y environment, I need to take the local honey every other day, at least.

  • mucosa is sometimes benificial though - agree with not consuming animal milks.

good tip on the local honeys.. the troubles finding any local/raw honey is the issue.

  • @VonLeachim That's lovely, I've been wanting to grow and harvest a bit of nettle in my yard (it's a weed lawn anyway!) ..in the meantime I'm drinking the dried herb. Thanks for the tip x
