This might just be me but I would've paired this eye look with a less harsh lip color because it kind of overpowers the eyes. I wouldn't go straight to a nude lip color but not something black/dark purple. Too dark and overpowering.

That black thick kajal is designed for lining your waterline. You're supposed to put it on your waterline and close your eyelids around it while you drag it. But of course you can use it to line around the eye as well :) Very nice look, I like the acid colors!
