I just built a new computer. (im on it now accually) and all I have is this Splashtop. I'm running a Core i7-950 with 12 gigs of ram and it seems to be slower and laggy as all hell. When I buy windows 7, is it going to fix this? :( Please answer. I really hope I didn't just spend $1000 for this.....
@CRFbadass Given that you install 64bit version of W7 it most likely will. And, BTW, there is a 30-day free trial period for W7 (available in Microsoft Download center).
hmm... splashtop loads in 10 seconds and it offers ONLY incomplete web browsing (I can't install flash player). MY Windows 7 computer loads in 30 seconds and it offers a thousand more features. (and I can install flash player). Decision?
im guessing splashtop is some sort of program like voodoo IOS where it is made to come on quickly and has a limited range of uses such as browsing web windows 7 on the other hand is a full fledged os idk i might be wrong but i have never heard of splashtop before so im guessing

SplashTop is an 'Instant On' OS. Win7 is a complete OS....
btw ur splashtop it's kinda slowly

lol.... when i first got my pc wiv windows 7 it booted up literally like express gate...now its slow as the one on the vid

yeah I mean, I have a brand new pc with windows 7 and it definitely doesn't take that long when loading. maybe 10 seconds...tops.
