it seems rjdj is adding touch and accelerometer support so 1G iPod Touch users can start playing with it... of course the 2G iPod Touch has a mac so it works fine already :)

No. I have the second gen Ipod touch, it does not have a mic. I does have a speaker though, which is nice.

However, note that the mic is not built in to the iPod Touch 2G. You need to get headphones with a mic.
