  • Have u read "Pounds and Inches"? I use the web site "Sparkpeople()com" and track there.

    Look here on YouTube for ROGER GOULD, M.D. and watch his clips on "Shrink Yourself" and dealing with stress.

  • You are doing GREAT! I know you want to lose a pound a day, but on the protocol you are going to find out your body is going to release what it wants to let go for that day. 0.8 pounds is almost a full pound lost! Just take it how it comes off honey cause those pounds released each day will add up! Stay positive!
