I personally don't think that the sims in the sims 3 look as good as they did in the sims 2, BUT I really like the fact that you can create certain personalities for each individual. I also really like the furniture choices/colours for the game =D

is there anyone thinking that this game is not going to be as successful as sims2. The only improvement they have is the lighting (shadows are too choppy), going to other houses (u can do that with sims 2 aswel if u have apartment), theme coloring (checkers!??), and making the sims horribly fat. the think i really wanted for sims 3 is editing your neighborhood, like adding roads, editing terrain, etc... i don't think sims 3 is able to do that, which is sucks despite of it being a new sims game.

There are usually cheats in all games. I bet the The Sims 3 will have cheats but in different names like how the money cheat in Sims was rosebud and Sims 2 was kaching and motherlode.
