and honestly, even if this did happen, Maul destroyed, Qui Gon lives, whose to say Anakin wouldn't still turn to the Dark Side. Why would Qui Gon living change anything. It's not like Obi Wan was a bad Master to Anakin, he was training the Chosen One after all, most likely that'd be different than training some random force sensitive kid. Obi Wan was a great Master to Anakin. Anakin just always had the darkness in him, Sidious knew it, and exploited it. Not Obi Wan or Jinn's fault.

no, Darth Vader WAS a Sith Lord. You can still be an apprentice and have the "Lord" title, that doesnt mean anything, its just a rank. Like the Jedi, Sith are forever learning, Sidious was always Vader's apprentice because he was always manipulating him and forever teaching him knowledge about the force, even though Anakin was most likely more Force sensitive than Sidious was. Vader was extremely powerful with the Force, he was just constantly manipulated like in the old trilogy by Sidious.

The story doesn't end, Emperor's people had his DNA or something and cloned him, Emperor wanted to know if is stronger Vader or Maul, however, Vader won.

Proxy in TFU also appeared to have DNA or something of Maul when he challenged galen marek on raxus prime. :)
