Here's a practical way to look at it: The coat might very well represent the burdens we carry on a daily basis. The yelling represents us complaining about said burdens. All throughout the video the guy seems physically uneasy until the end, when he realizes he's no longer "wearing" his burdens or the reason for his fatigue, whatever. Then he spreads his arms open and takes one more car, but this time it's the car taking the hit cus the man's a strong man now. The end.
