Lock your ankle like a pass after kicking the ball up. Now to do the two ATW's, only your foot or ankle should go around the ball. This movement should not include your knee, as you see here in this video his knee really doesn't move while doing the LATW. (Remember to keep your ankle locked) Now it's just a matter of if you can move your foot fast enough to complete it before the ball touches the ground.

yes it does im 14 and i started two month ago but i started with nothin not even kick ups now i can do like 50 with both legs and 1 around the world and u know when u keep the ball on ur back ya that two it took me like two month with another year ill be like way better but i train like 4 hours a day and on busy days half an hour but its really frustrating some moves but in the end it pays of when u show of to ur frdz lol

hey mate im 17 but started freestyling 5 months ago, knowing only basic juggling skills

I can now do ATW both ways, HTW, crossover and head / neck / shoulder / chest stall.

It's all practice practice practice..

Can't believe the guy below can train 4 hours a day. What with school and a social life i manage about 6 hours a week

the more you practice the better. there are many tricks that are easy and dont require much time. but even if you dont learn many tricks you will find out that it really improves your control of the ball in normal play. good luck!
