sure!! you already know that you go backwards too much. But you're also not fulfilling your jumping phase and your legs are too far from your body at the time you want to tuck! Be sure next times you jump and you already bring your legs towards your body and don't leave them down... if you do that then you need a lot of time and energy to bring them next to your body and it would be just a time waste ;)

hi as far as i understood you go backwards instead of going up! that's fear problem... try backflips on trampoline if you have a chance to find one and try just to go up!! the problem is that you want to arrive and be safe after your exercise so that's why you rip the movement... work on it ;)

sure... start tucking at the moment that you are getting at the top of your height. This moment happens fastly so your tuck must be fasterin order to give you an extra jump. You should complete your rotation when you're still at the top of your height. If you fall the reasons could be these: 1 you don't grab your legs exactly and you push your chest towards your legs (so you don't spin), 2 you tuck when you're already falling, 3 you throw all the exercise backwards so you don't get height. Best!

i got much better now, its true if you keep going at it you improve, when i said i land on my face, i didnt mean on my face i mant putting my hands down to stop landing on my face, also i do it on a soft mat so it doesnt hurt at all if i fail, once you get a basic technique right you always rotate enough to land on your knees!! and then you have no fear
p.s practice on soft mat and you'll get rid of the fear then you just need to practice height and small tucking

I never learn backflips on trampoline. I learn this on the grass and sand. Your arm and and facing direction's very important. You got to throw your arm backward up and hard. The tuck part is just to help you rotate faster that all.
i KNOW i could do a backflip on the ground if i could do it one trampoline considering can do a bunch of flips on the grounds just not backflips. but i cant do it on the trampoline. the fear is KILLING me. I tried 2 and i landed on my head both times.
search up SELBZ STANDING GAINER! that's the gym i go to! on top of that thing i first fell backwards and landed on my back! (scary for the first time) then i repeated that! then after that i just went for the backflip and i did it! after that i went to lower level into the pit and i did it! then SELBZ spotted for me on flat ground and i did a backflip a couple times! then i just went for it alone and i nailed it! all in less than an hour! that's how i learned!
im guessing youd end up in a pool... i wouldnt try that if it were me, it get too used to having a soft landing and wont brace myself enough for on land... up to you though

Fanbol - I did my first backflip today :) i was a little afraid u just have to go for it.let go of the fear its easier than u think.watch loads of tutorials.Get two spotters.TWO!.This will almost absoulutly eliminate the fisk of falling.show ur 2 spotters some vids teach them how to spot and then just go out to the park/grassy area and DO it!
i reckon you need to jump higher, youre trying to tuck before you leave the ground. once youve gone up and grabbed your knees, pull them as hard as you can towards your chest. then youll be able to do it right
i watched this video and today i finally did it myself, without needing a spotter in the first place. Peoples worst fear is.. well.. fear. The fear of going backwards. its really nothing to be scared of. People find frontflips alot simpler, since you know you're not gonna land on your head, because you tuck it in straight away. this is a really good tutorial :D but if you tell em to hold on to their legs they will long wnough to land on the neck or head :P its hard to know when to land in the beginning.

ma nel flick normale non ho molta altezza. cado molto sulle braccia senza aver molta elevazione.
