For all of the people who says that Romo doesn't have leadership quality, all you have to do is go back to this particular game. The man threw 6 interceptions, was down 21-3 and yet, he still found a way to dig deep and LEAD his team back for a last second victory. Most QBs would've tucked their tails between their legs and headed for the hills. He didn't! He kept his composure on Monday Night, and did his thing. The Cowboys have a fantastic QB, whether people like it or not.
@TheTexanBorn yess yess preach it brother i m tired of people not respecting tony romo man hes a great quaterback who pretty much saved are franchise you cant blame everysingle loss on him cause for the most part he does his job in a consistent manor every sunday !
@nicksoliz92 Agreed! Not only that but, people forget that football is a "TEAM" sport. And, if these people who call themselves Cowboys fans knew anything about the game, they would know that the most important position/positions on a football team is the offensive line. I love Aikman, Irvin and Emmitt but, the offensive line is what made us what we were and without them, we would NOT have won 3 rings in the '90s.
@TheTexanBorn Too bad he didn't keep his composure agains the Seahawks '06. Or Giants '07. Or Eagles in '08. Or Vikings in '09. But I guess this regular season win four years ago is enough to erase those four poor performances in big games
@forman208 Sir, nobody would've held their composure against the Vikings in that playoff game behind that line. As for the loss against the Giants in 2007, did you not see the touchdown pass that Crayton dropped, and the other that he stopped running on? If Crayton catches just one, the 'Boys win. Remember, they lost that game 21-17. The Seahawks game in '06, I'll give you that. The Eagles in '08 was total team letdown. But, I see that you didn't bring up the Eagles in '09. I wonder why?
@TheTexanBorn I am a Bills fan and I will tell you that you were playing the Buffalo Bills. Get over yourself. The Cowboys are not that good. and Romo does suck.
@xyzDevastation LOL! Your comment is hilarious and, of course the Cowboys were not that good this past year. I never said that they were. And why do I need to get over myself when what I said is the truth? You need to get over yourself and learn to recognize a good QB when you see one. Then again, the last good QB you saw in Buffalo was probably before you were even born (Jim Kelly).
@TheTexanBorn I would get 3000+ yards a season if I was throwing to professional athletes 35 plus times a game. Fitz throws for 3000 yards, 23 TD's to 15 INT's, and a 81.8 completion percentage this last season. If he played a whole season he would have 3500+ yards, tell me again that he sucks? I hate people that look at the Bills for their record instead of the teams overall talent. 382 yards vs the Ravens D, 265 yards vs PIT, 299 yards vs CHI, come on now. FITZ is great.
@xyzDevastation Hmm...solid stats. Now, while sitting up here griping about Romo sucking and Fitz being great, go look at Romo's stats for every year that he's played and then tell me that he's sucks, since you wanna bring up stats. Romo's completion percentage for last year was 3rd OVERALL in the entire league, he was second in touchdown passes, had thrown the 4th least amount of interceptions, was first in passing yardage, and he had the 3rd highest QB rating in the league last year.
@xyzDevastation Again, Romo's completion percentage was 3rd overall in the league last year, and that's with a horrible offensive line and a bad defense, to go with trigger happy play calling of Jason Garrett as an offensive coordinator. Romo>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Fitz!
@xyzDevastation And you're wrong! Fitz's QB rating was an 81.8 and his completion percentage was 57.8. Romo's stats thru 5.5 games were 1,605 yards, 11 touchdowns, 7 interceptions, and a 94.9 QB rating. Oh, and let me correct myself on Romo's completion percentage. It was a 69.5 which made him 2nd in the league at the time. So, you can't tell me that Fitz is great because of his numbers and say that Romo sucks when Romo puts up elite numbers on the regular. Learn the game before you talk crap.
@TheTexanBorn So if Romo is ohh so good, how come the Cowboys can't ever get past the first round, if they make it that is. Buffalo only has a couple of players when the Cowboys are apparently ohh so good with their "elite" players.
@xyzDevastation Because it's a team sport, not an individual sport. The Cowboys offensive line sucks when it comes to pass protection. And you need to do more homework because, we got out of the first round during the 2009-2010 season when we beat Philly 34-14 in the first round. Minnesota was better than us though and, their defensive line kicked our offensive line's ass, sacked Romo 6 times, and they dominated us. It's common sense that the games are won UP FRONT!
@xyzDevastation And, it's also obvious that you don't know the game of football so, I'm done going at it with you now. Go learn the game, do your homework and then comeback and discuss the game with me. Until then....LOL!
@TheTexanBorn I know the game good enough to say the Cowboys are terrible and have a shitload of people agree with me cause I have a clue of what I am talking about.
@xyzDevastation Like that's hard to do. You're bragging about knowing something that we all know. All you had to do was look at the record. Cowboys fans would agree with that too.
@SuperWstone Well aware of the 6 INTs. We must remember that he's only started for 4 years so, I still think the jury is out on whether he'll win the entire thing. Another thing..football is also a team sport.
@cyberbink No sir..I went 4 years back because, this is when this video happened. I could just go back to this summer when he was the one who organized ALL of the Cowboys workouts and OTAs that they had. I'll also point out that the Cowboys had atleast 40-45 guys at each of those OTAs and workouts. That's great considering that teams carry a 53 man roster.
@baseballfan7452343 Your example is not perfect. Not only did he just lead Dallas back from a deficit in the 2nd half 3 days ago, he also did it against Philly, Kansas City, and Washington all in 2009, Detroit, Green Bay and Philly the first time in 2008, this game against Buffalo, Detroit, and New York in 2007, and Carolina and Indianapolis in 2006. Including the come from behind victory against the 49ers this past Sunday, that is 12 comeback victories for Tony. Try again.
nick folk shouldn have been cut by the cowboys...he only started missing kicks because he had a hip injury which requirede surgury...now he is kicking lights out again...
im not mad at david buehler tho...strong leg and he should be more consistant next year now that he is used to kicking field goals again and not just kicking off...
Ever since that blowout win by the Cowboys in Super Bowl xxvii, four of the last five
Cowboys-Bills games have been decided by three points or less. In Super Bowl xxviii the Bills led at halftime and were only down by seven entering the 4th quarter.
The Cowboys put the game away on a 4th and goal td. Now, instead of competing in super bowls, the Bills and Cowboys are competing for the first pick
GO COWBOYS!!! I wish Nick Folk never got needed that hip surgery. He was amazing. But now we have Buehler. He's amazing at kick-off but sucks at field goals.
This is crap, you have to show the whole thing from when TO gets the TD and they get within 2 points. They fail the 2 point convert, get the onside, Romo makes a long pass to TO that gets called off, he make two quick passes to receivers that step out of bounds to get into FG range.
It was too epic, basically scored 9 points in 20 seconds.
Does anyone know what the win/loss history is between the bills and cowboys. I cannot remember the last game I watched(if ever) that the bills beat the cowboys.
@landon460 The cowboys have a edge of 5 -3 in the regular season. They also beat the Bills in two Superbowls. The Bills beat the Cowboys in 1984, 1993, and 1996. Those three wins were consecutive against the Cowboys.
I think needing miracles to beat Buffalo to stay undefeated was the first sign of vulnerability in 2007 for Dallas. They were the second best team in the NFC that year. Unfortunately, the best one happened to be the team that went all the way- the Giants. But really, even me as a Cowboys fan doesn't believe the 'Boys or Packers would've taken out the Pats. Both teams lacked the major D that the Giants had. Anyway, this game is a Dallas memory I will always remember. Incredible finish!
I was only 11 when I watched this & I was like No way he makes it... TWICE. Then I was like holyy shit, he made it... TWICE! Whatta game for the ages. One of the top 20 games of the decade without a doubt.
I remember this game. That was a pussy move by Jauron. Makes me wonder if Shanahan will pull similar pussy moves against the Cowboys now that he coaches the Piglettes.
i understand its tough- constant let downs, playoff/superbowl losses. But the hardest part of being a bills fan must be telling your parents that youre gay.
fuck the cowboys? fuck the bills i was at this game, classless fucks talking shit all night until the end, then the stadium was just rocking from us cowboys fans, bc were about 40% of the crowd... in buffalo
@goMETS26 NOT that night. I was there. At least 25% Cowboys fans. I have to give it to the Bills fans though, they know how to lose. Even in the "Homo" jersey, (as the Bills fans called it) they didn't say a word all the way to the parking lot. GO COWBOYS1
i had a clue, and a view- from row 6 behind dallas bench surrounded by cowboys fans. when the boys were getting clubbed before halftime when wilson kelsey scored that defensive td the place wasnt even that loud. 5%? be real man. look at the videos
I sat in a bar full of Bills fans and they were going crazy during the game, especially when Romo was throwing all those picks. The night ended so sweet though with
Nick Folk booting not one but two fifty three yard field goals which sent the Bills fans home angry, dioriented, dejected and beaten. Sorry Buffalo, but you can't even win the game when we try to give it away!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!
@PrUnEJulcEtHeThIrD, yeah, that's him, I hated him so much, he kept missing short field goals, he kicks like a girl, and girls are so weak and retarded. Boys are better than girls, but yeah dude, it's the same Folk.
"Where are the Cowboys now"? its off season.LMAO! Where were the Bills for the play offs?ROGLMAO!! WOO! "And from 53 yards the kick is up - and AGAIN it is GOOD!!!!" ROGLMAO! and the Blls lose! Sabres Bills does'nt matter they equal LOSERS.
@prmtryderx3 He was known as like the most accurate kicker in the league then he had like one miss field goal and someone must of said somethin to him or somethin or maybe he hurt himself cuz after he made that miss, he just started to keep chokin and keep missin and cowboys had to get rid of him.
the cowboys kicked the giants asses 2 times in the regular season that year and then ny won in the playoffs, this year NY wins the regular season games but doesn't can't even make the playoffs.
For me, this is the game that sums up Dickless Wonder's tenure as the Bills' head coach. The day after THIS game was when he should've been sent out the door!
I remember this was Romo's worse game and he still won it. Still I remember going nuts after that game and couldn't believing we actually pulled it out. Until now he's either hot or cold. When he's hot he's one of the best and when he's cold he throw 2-3 interceptions and fumble it at least once if hit. Now I hope we can have a happy medium with him where he does get sacked he covers up the ball and also making smart decisions like a Jay Cutler to throw it into coverage.
lolz....I can't decide between your organization, Cleveland, or Oakland, which one should be sent back to the college ranks. And I'm not talking the SEC, ya'll should join Conf USA, the Mountain West, or some weak shit like that so you can get a winning season under your belt. Hey, how long's it been since you were in a play off game? Well.....that's TOO LONG Pardner!!!
Dallas Cowboys been kickin the Buffalo Bills asses for years. They deprived them of 2 Superbowls as i recall. So why should we be surprised when things are any different now. Go Cowboys!!!!!
Wow and didnt this SAME thing happen to T.O. Last Sunday vs the Patriots? LOL HAHAHA He wasnt jumping and throwing arms in the air then now was he......Jerk
I remember I turned this game off and then turned it back on when it had like 5 minutes left. I was like "OH SHIT!! COME ON DALLAS!!" When we recovered that onside kick I was on my feet the entire game. I ran around my house jumping after he kicked that second field goal.
I remember my whole family Screaming at the TV when he called that timeout lol we went infuckingsane when Folk made the second field goal... Epic game!
But, when the team that was winning before the crucial moment is head-coached, GM'ed, and presided over by a bunch of clods who have NO idea on what it is to put together a WINNER, like Dallas... I would call even a one-point win being "owned!"
And yet, Ralph Wilson gets the nod for the Hall of Fame. I don't get it.
Man, I remember this game...I didn't have ESPN so I had to listen to it on the radio, and when I heard that Nick Folk nailed the field goal, I jumped out of my chair and yelled like a little school girl...man, wish I could of seen it live though, instead of just hearing it...
im glad the cowboys won this game but instead of 25-24 it should have been 25-0. the bills are shit and cant hang with the boys come on. we had a bad game.
"instead of 25-24 it should have been 25-0, etc...."
Just look at who Ralphie Baby(I'll NEVER understand his being in the H-O-F!), via then-GM Marv Levy(!), picked for the head coach a year and a half before this game took place.
He could've had Bill Parcells. Tony Dungy. Heck, even Jimmy Johnson by now.
But... Ralph lets his wallet, and his sloppy sense of "loyalty," decide how things go at One Bils Drive.
That's all you need to know about the sorry-ass state of the Bills, folks.
This game was awesome... well, the last 2 min. was awesome : ) The rest of the time I was shitting myself. Amazing pair of kicks at the end to win it. FOLK HERO.

prmtryderx3 2 years ago 28
@prmtryderx3 He was known as like the most accurate kicker in the league then he had like one miss field goal and someone must of said somethin to him or somethin or maybe he hurt himself cuz after he made that miss, he just started to keep chokin and keep missin and cowboys had to get rid of him.

For me, this is the game that sums up Dickless Wonder's tenure as the Bills' head coach. The day after THIS game was when he should've been sent out the door!
StukInBuf 2 years ago

TxTechRox123 2 years ago
Mountain West isn't weak we have TCU, Utah, BYU. C-USA isn't that bad either. MAC or the Sunbelt now those are some weak conferences.
hicharlie883 2 years ago
Dallas Cowboys been kickin the Buffalo Bills asses for years. They deprived them of 2 Superbowls as i recall. So why should we be surprised when things are any different now. Go Cowboys!!!!!

I wouldn't call winning by a field goal "owned".
Drpepper687 2 years ago 3
it does when our QB handed you the ball 6 times and you STILL lost!
winikten1 2 years ago
Yeah, that!
ariestiger 2 years ago
Since he kicked a 53 yard field goal twice in a row both for the win i would
FSCPanda 2 years ago
But, when the team that was winning before the crucial moment is head-coached, GM'ed, and presided over by a bunch of clods who have NO idea on what it is to put together a WINNER, like Dallas... I would call even a one-point win being "owned!"
And yet, Ralph Wilson gets the nod for the Hall of Fame. I don't get it.

legendclassic93 2 years ago
im glad the cowboys won this game but instead of 25-24 it should have been 25-0. the bills are shit and cant hang with the boys come on. we had a bad game.
reddog7890 2 years ago
"instead of 25-24 it should have been 25-0, etc...."
Just look at who Ralphie Baby(I'll NEVER understand his being in the H-O-F!), via then-GM Marv Levy(!), picked for the head coach a year and a half before this game took place.
He could've had Bill Parcells. Tony Dungy. Heck, even Jimmy Johnson by now.
But... Ralph lets his wallet, and his sloppy sense of "loyalty," decide how things go at One Bils Drive.
That's all you need to know about the sorry-ass state of the Bills, folks.
