  • I have the same trainer kite that you do. how did you get a chicken loop on it? I would love to kiteskate but wouldn't like losing my kite.

  • The chicken loop came with the kite. Because it's a 2-line kite, all it basically is, is a rubber tubing with heavy-duty Velcro pieces on the ends that can wrap around the bar. I initially put it on, because wind was pretty hard on the upper body that day and I feared it would pop right out of my my hands otherwise; but, turns out I hardly even used it...it felt too odd/restricting. You could just add a leash if you're afraid of losing the kite.

  • thats sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do you use a regular kite? or a trainer? and if you get a good board with massive wheels. you can do it up and down the beach

  • This was a trainer...3m Slingshot...plenty of power for the parking lot. Still haven't tried out landboarding...probably because if there is enough wind to put up a regular inflateable, I'm trying to make things happen in the water...although, most often, when the wind is that marginal, I'd probably have a whole lot more fun landboarding, than tea-bagging down the coast and having to walk back up. Thanks for the comment!

  • right on, looks like fun, I need to find me an open lot soon.

  • Nikki, is this you?
