When doing your mascara if you apply it to your bottom lashes first you won't get much on your eyelid, if any at all. When you apply top then bottom, when you look up to apply mascara to your bottom lashes your top (still wet) eyelashes hit your lids and leave black marks. Apply mascara as a finish, after the eyeshadow--the colorful dust from the shadow will stick to your lashes more if you apply mascara first. js

vintage selection is limited edition, its part of the cham-pale collection, you could probably get it on ebay or something. it may still be in mac stores if your lucky cause its a recent-ish collection. good luck :)
