  • I totally agree with you, with my really close friends I never worry about finding something to talk about cause we can make a conversation about anything and most silences are comfortable. But I do worry about akward silences with other people, or if silences occur at akward times. I'm in school, going to university next year so now I'm just working really hard so I can get the grades. but I am going on holiday on friday! and thank god, cause this has been a really long term. see you =) x

  • @LovesSummerStuff I used to be that person who could not deal with silences haha, I always had to fill them with talking which oftentimes was more uncomfortable than teh silence would have been XD But I'm a bit better at that now. Yay holiday! =D Lucky you.

  • i'll try to make it short...i'm in high school dealing with the lameness of it and drama and studying physics which is good though i cut back a little...and that's it.

it's nice of you to ask something like this :D

good luck with the...things you're busy with...

  • @eladps Oh highschool drama. I do not miss that. Of course now I have university drama...hint: drama never really ends, it just transforms itself into new kinds of drama XD

Well I'd like to be friends with the people who follow us :)

    Thanks!

  • Hi Dani,

I'm at University studying Music/Teaching, majoring in Opera. I'm also working part-time at a school as their Music Administration. Sometimes it really feels full-time, it's that full on. :-)

  • @EvenstarEllessar Oooh opera. I'm an alto singer myself (not professionally or anything, just in my shower mostly XD) so operatic singing is waaaay beyond me. That's really cool though :)

  • its nice you want to know about us :) wouldn't have thought you'd have the time considering the amount of subscribers :P i'm in college finishing my A levels in biology, chemistry and psychology :)

  • @kempyxx Well we have lots of subscribers but only a handful that actually comment on the videos :) I'd like to get to know the ones who want to get to know us!

That's very cool :) Science is yay!

  • Last year of high school. Finishing up one of the most busy weeks I've had in a while, but the rest of the month will be much better. I've picked a university (or college or whatever) so I'm excited about that. Don't know what I'll be studying yet, but probably something science related.

  • @bevhill317 That's cool! Ah, highschool...seems so long ago...XD

    -Dani

  • I agree completely. Running out of things to talk about is not a bad thing. =)

And your eyes look gorgeous in this video.

I totally read that as "Cait in your brain" and I got confused. Haha. =)

But a cat in your brain sounds awesome.

  • @desertislanddream Thanks *blush* and no hahah only cats no Caits XD and I dunno...cats are pretty moody sometimes XD not sure I want a cat in my brain.

    -Dani

  • I'm at college studying engineering, excited to move away for uni.

  • @ChaoticSupernova It is pretty exciting to get that first taste of independence...not that I would know since I commute from home haha but I've heard...XD

    -Dani

  • Im at uni studying photography

  • @Theduck19 Photography, that's cool :) I like taking pictures but not enough to wnat to study it in school haha

    -Dani

  • I just finished my half year exams for my HSC so im glad that is over. O_O

Now i am starting my 2 weeks of school holidays. Then right back into it all.

    So much to do!

  • @petaargh HSC, what's that? And lucky! I have two weeks of exams starting >.<

  • @TresChic16 In Australia we have the HSC, which is the Higher School Certificate. Its the last, big exam that determines our entire school mark, which helps Universities decide if they want us or not. ^____^

    Good Luck!!

  • in school (high school senior) and going to college in the fall. working part time waitressing and being continuously shocked about how inconsiderate and annoying people get.

  • @tiger3lily3 Oh I've worked pretty much consistently in customer service for like five years now...I keep thinking I'll stop being surprised by it, but...

    -Dani

  • Why shouldn't she learn to ride a bike? It's super easy and it's kinda lame not to know how to ride one. Plus, once you learn it, you'll never forget how to ride it. And it's fun. Why not learn? Just because she's not 6 years old anymore? O.o

  • @LtShock No more 'cause she can't even walk on a flat sidewalk without falling...:P She's got poor balance. Also she hasn't learned so far mostly as a matter of principle haha XD

    -Dani

  • Is there no right side to your glasses? I'm confused. I have a friend that has it the same way, I'm just curious.

  • @TheBrightBeat Oh no there is normally but they broke last week and I haven't gotten around to getting a new pair...and I pretty much can't function without them (horrible eyes...XD) so I jsut wear them without the missing arm haha.

  • I'm doing a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Writing, Minor in Ancient History. After graduation I want to get a job and move in with my boyfriend.

  • @montypython203 That sounds neat, what are you planning to do with that? :)

    -Dani

  • @TresChic16 It's an Arts degree - no one plans to do anything with it! LOL.

I'd really like to get a job in writing and/or editing (I currently edit Data Extract, the magazine of the Doctor Who Club of Australia, but that's unpaid). But even if I don't get a job in those fields, I'm happy just to have taken a course that I like and have writing as a hobby.

  • I'm a history/theater major in my last semester of college! Next year I'm going to grad school to get my masters in teaching!

  • @Marldance So you're going to teach history or drama or both? :) Not really sure how the teaching thing works haha

    -Dani

  • @TresChic16 I'm going to teach history. But i would still like to do theater stuff like direct shows for students. I'm also really interested in living history and incorporating theatrical elements into the study of history.

  • Was in a long distance relationship NOW I live with him. It did involve moving halfway across canada. Out of school trying to choose a college/uni.

  • @MewHara Aww that's great! =D We love hearing success stories.

    -Dani

  • i'm in school, but its ending in a few weeks which on one hand is very good because im SICK of BEING HERE haha but on the other hand i do have different freedoms here as opposed to being at home... meh! anyway good video :3 :))

  • @MegaMuffin4568 Ah the eternal dilemma of the university student I suppose haha.

    -Dani

  • I'm a student of applied linguistics german, english and dutch (dutch being my native language). I should be getting my bachelor's degree next year and I have no idea what to do then. I will at some point take teacher's training because I absolutely love teaching but I don't want to limit myself to just teaching. I'm considering doing a master in journalism but nothing's set in stone yet.

As for now, I leave on camp as a language teacher tomorrow which should be pretty awesome.

  • and as far as talking about nothing goes, after 3 years in a LDR we don't always have things to talk about but it doesn't bother me (or him afaik). I'm the kind of person who can enjoy silence just as much as a good conversation so I'm good either way.

  • @tessabeads Wow, three languages! That's very cool. I can speak English and I'm mostly fluent in French, by which I mean I can hold up a conversation but I'm hardly going to go study in the language haha.

    That's very cool :)

  • First :P
