Urban Gentrification

i think gentrification is the outcome of simple economics. people desperately want to live in urban communities like this, with mixed use buildings, lively streets, and the opportunity to move around the city without needing a car, but there is such a shortage of places like this in america that demand has far, far outstripped supply. when developers begin to build places like this instead of single use suburban cities, the pressure will be removed from some of these currently gentrifying areas.

1.go back to school, meet a nice rich boy to marry and pump out babies for.

2.get off the smack and start selling it to people in the south end.
