  • excelent job! I have a Austin Metro '89 but 1.0 engine no turbo :( and it is almost restored except engine I have a little problem with finding parts coz I am from Serbia and there are maybe 3 or 4 Metros in my country very rare! :)

  • prober job m8 i might b getting a mk 1 turbo 2 b restored fingers crossed

  • hi iv got a metro turbo do u need to take the engine out to change the gasket between the head and inlet and outlet cuz iv got a blow out

  • No you can do that with the engine in place. But if you really struggle for space to pull the manifold back off the head then remove the head complete with manifolds.

  • Exellent video! xD well done :)...my dad is restoring a metro auto and he's a member of metroownersclub...you are a member of the club aren't you? :) I'm sure you are. Keep up the good work, Danny.

  • Well done on restoring this rare car, Good Luck with it
