  • P90X the best!!! It helped me

  • im going to be honest p90x is amazing for 2 reasons. #1 it gets ass' off the couch and #2 it will get you in overall very good shape. However, if you are looking to have a natural bodybuilder type body you need to go to a gym, push yourself and bulk and cut for your diet. P90X is a great system for those who have no idea what they are doing at the gym.

  • P90X is amazing, ive been doing it for a week and a half with just a protein shake, i already feel better..its hard but worth it.

  • Whoah, Whoah, Whoah, 2:11 minutes.... He definetly DID NOT follow tha whole routine...He has no triceps or biceps or abs he is like......scrawny!!

  • i did p90x for a month and i could feel the difference and the strength building.. i didnt lose much weight b/c i didnt follow the diet, i drank beer, and kept smoking... i had to stop doing the workout b/c i broke a couple ribs in a fight and once i stopped never picked it back up.. it does work if you FULL COMMIT

  • its one hour a day for 90 days , im asuming that includes weekends too. i do about an hour a day during the week already but the same stuff and need a proper workout. think this may be it. im big into mtb though so prob i would not do it at weekends and go out on the bike instead (normally 2 hrs a ride)

  • @agentolshki Sounds like you already have a regimen. X essentially teaches or reteaches people who have no idea how to workout or eat right. Eventually, I'd like to be biking or running daily and hitting the gym. But I'm gonna make a run through all the Beachbody programs first. 1 down so far. :)

  • @Www9311 bro dont say that p90x doesn't work u probably just did it for one week. Nigga u gotta workout everyday and stop eating shit and all that garbage and follow the nutrition plan and u will see the results..

  • 90X isnt for beginners. You need to get P90 1st and then progress to P90X and P90X+. Also you need to repeat the program if you haven't gotten the results you want. Its not just 90 days then go back to your old habits you have to keep doing it even after the 90 days.

  • If P90x doesn't work than I don't know what will. P90x kicks your ass. It is not a gimmick it is exercise , a lot of exercise, that is it. I find the nutrition guide a little hard to follow, but you can find information about that for free from all over the web to plan out meals that work for you.

  • I'm starting p90x with diet. I will post up video. Oh I'm a surveyor from Houston tx. Not an advertiser from p90x

  • This is a fucking SCAM!! I wasted DAYS just sitting on the couch watching this crap and didn't lose a pound! I can't believe the media is in on this. Unbelievable.

  • @www9311 how witty of you...lol

  • @www9311 bullshit, you need to train everyday and work HARD then you see results. Understand pain then you get into it.

  • @yoyuepz understanding pain is a art

  • @www9311 then like any art, start to learn and DO it.

  • @yoyuepz my work here is done

  • @yoyuepz my work here is done

  • @www9311 was you at mcdonalds everyday

  • @www9311 LOL...you made laugh for an hour...thanks!!!

  • @www9311 "i wasted DAYS...", yeah, it's a 90 day workout. You probably sit and play video games longer than working out a week. Later bud!

  • @www9311 you can't lose a pound by watching. you need to workout!

  • @www9311 Haha!Sitting on the couch no wonder you're a fat fuck!Follow the food guide and the workouts everyweek and it works idiot.

  • @www9311 ahahahahahaha funny how u said that u wasted DAYS just SITTING in the COUCH.

  • That shiny food guide looks ugly

  • Eat Healthy and Exercise Simple!

  • im 18 and weigh 165 is this too light?

  • @xXBCARLXx Your age alone doesn't determine your weight, and I don't think youtube is the best place to ask fitness questions. Most of the people on here are going to feed you BS about how big they are. Let me share mine first. Look in the mirror or ask a fitness coach or doctor for their opinion. Do you feel too light? How tall are you? What is your body fat %? Do you have any kind of muscle? Those ratios they show you in school don't apply to reality. I weigh 220 at 5'10 but you can see my abs

  • @xXBCARLXx heh, well most of them. Apparently that's obese.

  • @xXBCARLXx It depends on how tall you are. I'm about 18 (2 weeks) and I weigh 165, I feel its overweight. But I'm 5 ft. 7, If your like 6 ft 9, this is very underweight.

  • There's nothing wrong with purchasing a legitimate fitness commercial product like p90x. It's convenient and works as long as you put in the dedication. There's nothing sad about following a dvd workout to get into shape. Many people need guidance and support, and this product delivers that.

  • @HTC2971 Well said brother!!

  • @HTC2971 That's why there is youtube. Twinmuscleworkout gives the best advices.

  • Ugly lady

  • @UFOFrenzy I was really out of shape when I started. I couldn't even do one unassisted pull up. You won't be able to keep up at first, but you're not supposed to be able to. It will be challenging, but you can definitely do it. The question is, do you have the willpower to see it through? The workouts aren't THAT challenging, and I think the EXTREME factor is overhyped. The hard part isn't the workouts, it's staying consistent.

  • its so sad that ppl think they need to buy a tv product to get in shape. Wtf happened to america?

  • @stitchmorg That's like saying it is sad that people need a personal trainer...people need to learn what to do, that is what P90x does.

  • @ThinkBig221 i guess so. guess there is never a shortage of ppl that think they cant help themselves

  • @stitchmorg P90x is like working out with a personal trainer right in your own home, it works, is motivating, and is changing people's lives..what is so wrong with that? Give it a try yourself, you'll be surprised, I never thought a 'Workout Video" would be for me, I had always thought they were for woman, but I loved it and made it part of my normal workouts. Step out of your comfort zone a little and try something new, try to find a bad review from someone who has done it...

  • @ThinkBig221 thank u but i have done it and seen it done before. Essentially it is a wrestlers workout, which does work.

I swear, everytime i post on a tv product ppl come and comment back who are somehow in cahoots with the company. Same thing with that shake wieght garbage. A user named "BlueCardAtaris" put all of his 90 days up. At the end he looked the exact same as when he started!! He got angry with me telling him that until he finally said he is advertising for them.

  • @stitchmorg i guess you think doing a few ab exercises and running a bit is the real deal huh? people choose this cuz it's extreme. you get one of the best fitness trainers in the world showing you various moves, now go back to your troll hideout

  • @pewpewlololo you guessed completely wrong jackass. Thinking that you need to pay for a program to get in shape is absurd.

  • @stitchmorg So are people stupid for going to college? You can buy medical textbooks online, why go to school for a medical degree? Anyone can do pushups and crunches, but coming up with a workout routine as good as P90X would take a lot of research. People pay twice the cost of the DVD every month for a personal trainer, which is essentially what these DVDs are.

  • @stitchmorg It's so sad that people think they need to ignore basic grammar skills in order to communicate. Whatever happened to America?

  • @SatelliteHeartTrans mcdonalds and the internet

  • p90x works as long as u do ur part. first week or two is ruff. When i started i almost passed out and i got headaches because i wasnt consuming so much bread and rice any more. Depending on ur body type, if u are medium bult u wont loose much weight but u will burn alot of body fat.

  • i paid $140 :(

  • @jar288 i payed 0:00

  • P90X RULES !!! im only 17 and im already addicted to this lol BRING IT PEOPLE

  • i got it cheep on tv lol

  • It works..only the first 2 weeks are brutal.. really hard.. but it works..

  • Its amazing. It organizes you very well!

  • to bad its not 100 dollars lol

  • you dont need this program if you dont want to just do some reading and get very creative if you cant get the program

  • @pinchiponcho831 yeah, it's not for everyone, i could not stand watching a tv while I workout, plus I had different goals that this programs did not offer like heavy deadlifts, squats or military presses etc... but what I would give this program credit for is inspiring people, doing this is better than nothing.

  • Ok I just ordered mine and in my head all I can think is that Omg is. Going to work? is this scam? And I see the conercials and they look convincing but i really want to know if this will work because I'm been the fat one of my friends my whole life and I wana make a change Soo if im committed will this work???

  • @chiquis96150 I'm 62 and am going through the program for the second time. It is very difficult at first. I had to lift weights and do cardio for 5 months before I was at the fitness level where I could do it. My first month was pitiful and I repeated it the second month. It is still difficult and always be but it can be done. My results are phenomenal and I wish you good luck with it.

  • @chiquis96150 Don't worry, it definitely works. This isn't some scam product like the ab belt. If you are consistent, you WILL be blown away by the results. But don't think this is some miracle product. It gets such great results because it makes you WORK for them. It's good old fashioned weight training and cardio, the same stuff any athelete does. Just don't be one of those losers that quits after two weeks. I used to be fat too. Be EXTRA strict the first month, then it gets easier.

  • I'm at 3 weeks now and it seems like I'm getting stronger. After I got P90X, I didn't start on it right away...I worked out using my own programs (Bayou Fitness DLXIII machine, resistance bands and Army PT..in preparation BEFORE I started cause I knew it was going to be tough. My plan is that P90X will make my performance better when I return to my own regimen after 90 days....then I plan on taking up Mountain Biking. Variety is the key.

  • people dont know that these videos are more than workout videos, they r a change of life...they teach u so many different ways to workout and the outcome in unbelievable

  • i think vids like this dont really do this product justice at all, people need to come on youtube and just type in p90x and thats where you can really see that its the real deal, no scams involved and just over all a great way to change your life for the better.

  • does this work if ur skinny :)

  • @d1v4dPwnz i think it works better if ur skinny. i was a little overweight when i started the program. maybe 30-40 lbs overweight. took me 2 rounds but now woooo i got a 6 pack. i got a fade 4 pack when i was done the 90 days.

  • @kissntellen im only 16 and im thin where the forearm is but thicker where my biseps are so im guessing this will help me become more buff nd fit and toned nd stuff :)

  • @d1v4dPwnz dude im telling u, it really does not matter what kind of shape u r in right now, because 90 days after u start it would be the best body u've ever had. one more thing if ur skinny and wana get real buff, go heavy. u need to bring the reps low, and bring the weights high. shit, im looking at my six pack right now and boy is it all worth it.

  • @d1v4dPwnz It definitely works. At your age, your natural growth hormones can really amplify your results. Having a high metabolism, you have to eat. A LOT. No three square meals like your momma taught you. lol. You need like 6 or 7 light meals and one full meal about 60-90 minutes before you workout. Take some protein bars or something to school to eat between classes. And take in ittle to no carbs 60-90 minutes before bed. You may not get huge, but you can definitely get lean and mean.

  • @CaptainCocaine WOOT!. ima do it as soon as school work lays off

  • @d1v4dPwnz It works no matter what your body type. The only difference is your diet. Skinny people will need to eat more to bulk up, while fat people will have to cut calories. The nutrition guide covers all that.

  • Starting this in 7-10 days when it arrives. Back to my Duty weight hooah!

  • ouch. too hxc for me

  • Nice vid... I started P90x in August but ate a lot of junk food and sometimes missed some days... I started eating healthy in January though. I started over in January and I've gone from 138 to 117 (mostly fat) and now I've gone back up to 125 with muscle gains.
