We are not totally sure what happened. He is adopted from Haiti. The neurologist believes that his mom got an infection while she was pregnant and it caused the cerebellum to not form right and so he is visually impaired due to cortical impairment. He also has mild left hemi cerebral palsy. I hadn't look at this video in a while, this was right after he got here. He has grown about 12 inches and is almost walking. He still is globally delayed but has come so far!!!! and is improving daily!
