  • I saw this guy live in action at the Singapore F1, he is fantastic, unbelievable. I can't believe I'd never heard of him before.

  • Denny Dent....Number 2...NICE!!

  • thats cool.

  • Awesom Work!

  • saw him during the summer. Great!

  • Nice to see someone carrying on in Denny's place. I always made it a priority to catch his performances at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival in Denver. One year no one in the audience could tell what the heck he was painting until he turned the canvas upside down at the end and then it was obviously a portrait of Jagger! Keep paintin' Brian!

  • artograph!

  • It all makes sense now.

  • Just wow, never knew you could take what we give you and make it into that brian, just amazing....guys at SW.

  • Brian, we'll see you at Richard Tucker Park in New York City tomorrow (6/24)...can't wait!

  • LONG LIVE DENNY DENT!!

  • saw him last week...totally amazing. Did Ray Charles and Einstein...was inspirational to watch him work.

  • are you related to denny dent? like a twin?

  • Brian was his apprentice, for a number of years.

  • Totally awesome!!! Great !!! This is pure art. John Lennon would have loved this style of art expression.

  • cool art if you like you can have a floor in my gallery at laguna beach in 'second life' it is 6600msq and you can make the gallery look hoow ever you like, call me my gallery is called jjccc art and my name is jjccc coronet

  • I saw Brian's show and the crowd was huge! I remember witnessing Denny Dent and Brian definitly learned from the master.

  • Really cool!

  • I like this art where you only throw paint stain on the wall until it´s like a face or something.

  • So what if he creates similar paintings on stage...it is what the people want to see.

I have never met Brian. I hope some days our paths will cross. He would understand it when I say working with Denny is a badge of honor. And although I miss Denny I still remember him fondly with the John Lennon and Jimi Hendrix pictures hanging in my office.

Good luck Brian and keep living the legacy...we need a troubadour like you to spread Denny's message through art.

  • I disagree with the poster who feels that these paintings are "plagiarized" from Denny. I had known Denny for many years. I was his tour manager and helped book him gigs. From what I understand Brian was also a tour manager, however was also an artist. Denny looked to Brian to carry on this legacy. However there are differences between both. (Cont'd below due to comment restrictions)

  • Like denny dent but in worst...

  • pretty cool performance aspect to the work..nicely expressive, but imagery while cool doesn't take any risks that I can see. I was much more interested in the performance aspect.

  • DENNY DENT LIVES ON THRU BRIAN OLSON!!

  • Amazing art- this is really cool

  • I completely disagree. It is obvious that Brian is Denny's protege- especially since he gives homage to Denny. Brian was lucky enough to study under the best and pays tribute to Denny and this artform by carrying it on.

  • the very least you could do is use different paintings...these are PLAGIARIZED from Denny Dent...this creep should be stopped for PLAGIARISM

  • This is really cool

  • true talent. messy, but still talent :)

  • Cool; somebody carrying on Denny Dent's legacy.
