Lt col position is a reputed & military position. Its not conformed to any Film stars or any kind of civilian sports personals. For what?. They don’t have the calibre, moral of a military service. There are several military personals who toiled, sacrifice their life in military, who’s looking for a promotion. So conferring a reputed position to a civilian ,who has no background in military services is not a negotiating factor & its demoralise the military personals
