Great score mate, they really don't make them like these beasts anymore heh! Speaking of RGB, i always thought it was strange that you guys in the States didn't have RGB Scart tv's as standard like we did over in Europe around late 80's/early 90's onwards. Considering your regional standard's (NTSC) and ours crappy (PAL). Thankfully with Scart tv's being really accessible in our territories, it opened up a whole new world of IMPORT gaming. Can imagine the "scanline" quality looks great still.
@MENDEZ1628 Hey thanks. Of course I knew nothing of RGB growing up, we always though if a TV had composite hookups it was real nice lol. It is kind of strange, the closest thing we had was component but that didn't come out until later. The quality is still very good even though it's just S-Video.
Haha, now THAT is a monitor! Look at that picture XD
I think you really got a great deal on that there, looks fantastic bro. all those inputs will really come in handy for all your games to hook up to. That is a massive box there man and like you said, HIGH END :D
The Neo should look beautiful! and a supergun should look fantastic as well
@lukemorse1 Thanks Luke! I feel pretty lucky to have picked it up new in box, kind of a rare find considering it's 10 years old already. The Neo is going to look great, I've got SupremeJudge taking care of one for me right now.
I'm stoked for you boss, those pieces are Badass. Those square monitors go into Tate mode with barely a sweat. Gotta go with stero audio out though where possible, carpets are generally not the best transmitter of soundwaves. Great pickups as always. Yo is on a hardware trip dog!
@futurematt5 Thanks Matt. I really do like the square monitor case, nice and clean looking and as you say can easily be put in Tate mode. I just had the speaker hooked up for the video, I've got a hi-fi stereo to handle the audio in the setup I'm putting together. I'll get a video of it up when I get in the last few pieces I'm waiting on.
I had a JVC intergrated amplifier for over 15 years and i used it everyday without any issues.I had to buy an amplifier that retailed at close to $2000 to hear an improvement over the JVC.They are a superb electronics company, you got yourself a complete bargain :)
@darrenwalshsock Thanks man! I think that amp you had is a true testament to the quality of their products. JVC is one of my favorite Japanese electronics manufacturers.
Wow! Congrats Boss!! Nice finds. I use to always want a JVC mini hi-fi back in the day. The sound it produces is amazing! Definitely one of my fav Japanese brands!

great pickup does it work with old lightguns like for virtua cop on the sega saturn?
eddansby 6 months ago
@eddansby I haven't tested any light guns with it but since it's a CRT I can't imagine why it wouldn't.
