  • Now you are just showing off since this is very unsafe. People are likely to smash their knee/shoulder/head/partner when trying this out. In fact, even the you were just a couple of inches away from smashing your own knees. A little "bump" with a 25lb. kettlebell traveling at centrifugal speed would do considerable damage anywhere it lands.

  • @chipotlex that's what im saying, steve is strong but he just makes up stupid exercises to show off and some young kid looking up to him is going to try it and knock himself unconcious or tear some valuable knee ligaments. Not Cool Steven Cotter, Not F'n Cool Bro! lol

  • shit you can hurt your knee with the dumbbell... oouucchh i would prefer individual different and safer exercises for its muscle group...same result
