hi im gerald from philippines. i have a panic attack i dont know how to deal with it. can you pls. help me. this is my yahoo acct. gjerald_36411@yahoo.com.ph youre reply will be appreciated.
I learned to calm myself down when I get them, but if i let go it will release a fear that is so intense that it feels like im about to die. Everything starts spinning, I loose sense of my surroundings, it feels like an earthquake in my head along with the feeling of a scary movie pop up times ten which lasts for several minutes. My heart is pounding soo fast and I think im having a heart attack untill its over. Please help me find a way to feel more conftrable in the places i get these!
I get panic attacks like places such as auditoriums, movie theaters, and even classrooms at school. Ive learned to control them at school but I still feel very unconformable and I haven't told anyone this. Whenever I have to do a presentation I either skip it or when I do it I get a slight panic attack and rush the whole thing. I really try to make them disapear, but even though i keep myself away from falling into them I still feel pressure in my brain which i have to fight, or it will release
I've had many panic attacks, the first 2 were the worst and most extreme. First one lasted for 3-4 hours, second one lasted for 20 seconds but left my brain feel like it was melting the whole day. Ive had many more panic attacks after that but I've learned to control them and let my mind escape from the trap, however I still feel like i have to fight my brain not to zone out and it feels terrible. My first times i thought i was going to die and everything was spinning like an earthquake!
Hiyaaaa! Have you thought about - Supreme Panic Magic (search on google)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my brother in law Got rid the anxiety issue with it.
I had one today and i litterally thought everyone could here my heart beat. it was so hard that i could see my shirt moving every time my heart was beating

My panic attacks come off and on all day for about an hour or two. It's a horrible thing to live with had it sense I was a kid...
Xanax helps a little but only for 5 hours.
I wish they would go away.

I think there is something more to it.
I have crohns and Its hard for me to absorb nutrients, then I get wicked panic attacks.
Chocolate, ginsing and xanx stop it instantly.
but when my crohns in gone for a while I never get them.
